Important Notes on Vacancies and Application

  • The number of vacancies is provisional. The Bank reserves the right to change post names/designations or cancel/modify the recruitment process.
  • Relevant experience certificates are required for experience-based roles.
  • Candidates may be posted/transferred to any existing/proposed branches.
  • A candidate can apply for the Post of Customer Service Associate (CSA) and also for Officer posts. However, only one post in the officer's cadre (Scale-I or Scale-II) is allowed. Separate applications and fees are required for each post applied.

Educational Qualification / Experience (as on 30.11.2025)

1. Customer Service Associate (CSA)

  • Essential Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university/institute. Proficiency in Computer Skills and knowledge of Hindi & English languages preferred.

2. Probationary Officers in Grade/Scale-I

  • Essential Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification.

3. Risk Officer in Grade/Scale-I

  • Essential Qualification: Full-time/Regular MBA (Finance) / Master Degree in (Mathematics/Statistics/Econometrics) with min. 60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Institute. Preference for candidates with Certification in 'Risk in Financial Services' from IIBF/'Integrated Risk Management' from NIBM/GARP-FRM-I or II/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

7. Credit Officer in Grade/Scale-I

  • Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by Govt. of India/approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies and Full-time regular MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM with specialization in Finance with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. The mentioned course(s) must be full-time 2 years. In case of dual specializations, major specialization should be in Finance.

11. Manager- Risk in Grade/Scale-II

12. Manager-Chartered Accountant (CA) in Grade/Scale-II

  • Essential Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant. Preference for candidates with JAIIB/CAIIB certification.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as CA in the units of a Bank/FIs/NBFCs/Reputed Audit Firms/Public/Pvt Ltd Companies.

13. Manager-Law in Grade/Scale-II

  • Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council. Candidates with Master's degree will be given preference. A minimum of 50% of marks in Graduation & Post Graduation examination is required.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution OR Minimum 3 years of practicing as an Advocate independently or with a reputable Law Firm before a district or High court, with at least 1 year experience as Law Officer in Bank or FIs.

14. Manager- Security Officer in Grade/Scale-II

  • Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 05 years' Experience as an Officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air force not below the rank of Captain (In Army and subsequent in other forces) OR Minimum 05 years' Experience as an Officer in Paramilitary not below the rank of Deputy Commandant.

Where the University has awarded CGPA / GPA score, percentage calculation criteria will be to divide the total marks obtained by the candidate in all subjects in all semesters by aggregate maximum marks.

Indemnity Bond

Upon selection, candidates must execute an Indemnity Bond with two sureties for serving the Bank for a specified period. In case of resignation or abandonment of service before completion of the period, the candidate will indemnify the Bank for bond costs, charges, and expenses.

Identity Verification

Candidates must bring their call letter along with an original and photocopy of a currently valid photo identity proof (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter's Card, Bank Passbook with photograph, Photo identity proof issued by a Gazette Officer or People's Representative, Aadhar card, Employee ID, Bar Council Identity Card). Ration Card and Learner's Driving License are not valid ID proof. Mismatched names between the call letter and ID proof will lead to rejection.

Important Points to be Noted Before Registration

  1. Scan Documents:
    • Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
    • Signature (with black ink)
    • Left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
    • Handwritten declaration (on a white paper with black ink) All documents must adhere to specifications in Annexure III.
  2. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
  3. Left thumb impression should be properly scanned; right thumb can be used if the left is unavailable.
  4. Handwritten Declaration Text: "I,________(Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required."
    • Must be in the candidate's handwriting and in English only. Visually Impaired candidates may type the declaration and put their left thumb impression below it.
  5. Keep necessary details/documents ready for online payment.
  6. Have a valid personal email ID and mobile number, active until the completion of the recruitment process.

  2. Click "Current Openings" under "Recruitment" and then "APPLY ONLINE".
  3. Choose "Click here for New Registration", enter Name, Contact details, and Email-id. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password.
  4. Use "SAVE AND NEXT" to save data and verify details before final submission.
  5. Carefully fill in all details, ensuring correct spelling as per certificates. No changes will be allowed after "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
  6. Validate details and save.
  7. Upload Photo & Signature as per guidelines.
  8. Fill other details in the application form.
  9. Preview the application form.
  10. Modify if required, then click "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
  11. Proceed to the "Payment" tab and submit.

Payment of Fees (Online Mode)

Payment can be made using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets. After successful transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form.

Guidelines for Persons with Disabilities

Compensatory Time

  • Locomotor Disability and Cerebral Palsy (40% impairment or more): 20 minutes compensatory time per hour of examination.
  • Visually Impaired Candidates (40% disability or more): Option to view content in magnified font and 20 minutes compensatory time per hour.
  • PWBD candidates (less than 40% disability but with writing difficulty): Scribe and/or compensatory time may be granted upon production of a certificate from a competent medical authority. The scribe's qualification should be one step below the candidate's.

Scribe Usage

  • Candidates must arrange their own scribe at their own cost.
  • Scribe should not be a candidate for the same examination.
  • A person acting as a scribe for one candidate cannot be a scribe for another.
  • The scribe may be from any academic stream.
  • Both candidate and scribe must provide an undertaking confirming eligibility.
  • Scribes should not answer on their own; such behavior will lead to cancellation of candidature.

Process for Arriving at Scores

Scores are calculated by considering correctly answered questions after applying penalty for wrong answers. Corrected Scores are then equated across different sessions to account for difficulty level variations. Final scores are reported with two decimal points. Cutoffs are applied on individual tests and total score.

Action Against Candidates for Misconduct

Candidates furnishing false information, tampering with documents, suppressing material information, using unfair means, impersonating, misbehaving, disclosing test contents, or obtaining unfair support will be disqualified and may face criminal prosecution or termination of service if already joined.
