Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2025 - Personality Test (Interview) Qualified Candidates On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2025, held from 22nd August 2025 to 31st August 2025, candidates with the specified Roll Numbers and names have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview). This is for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group 'A' and Group 'B'). ### Provisional Candidature and Required Documents The candidature of these candidates is provisional, subject to them being found eligible in all respects. Qualified candidates are required to produce original certificates to support their eligibility and reservation claims (age, educational qualifications, community, economically weaker section, Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), etc.) at the time of their Personality Test (Interview). Candidates seeking reservation/relaxation benefits must produce original certificate(s) issued by the closing date of the application for the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2025, i.e., 21.02.2025. ### Personality Test (Interview) Details * Dates: Dates for Personality Tests (Interviews) will be notified in due course. * Venue: Office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069. * e-Summon Letters: These will be available for download from the Commission's websites: https://www.upsc.gov.in and https://www.upsconline.gov.in. * Assistance: Candidates unable to download e-Summon Letters should contact the Commission immediately via Phone Nos. 011-23385271, 011-23381125, or Fax No. 011-23387310, 011-23384472, or by email at csm-upsc@nic.in. No paper Summon Letters will be issued. * No Change Requests: Requests for changes in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) will ordinarily not be entertained. ### Mandatory Online Information Submission/Update All candidates who qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) must fill/update the requisite fields online. This includes: * Educational qualification status (whether appearing/appeared) and uploading proof of passing the requisite qualifying Examination. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature and no e-summon letter will be issued. * Correspondence/Permanent Postal Address, Higher Educational Qualification, Achievement in different fields (if any), Employment Details/Service Experience, Details of the Service allocated on the basis of earlier/previous Civil Services Examinations (if any), Marital Status, PwBD Recommendation details in past, Parental Details, Debarment information, Earlier Examination details, Attempt Information, OBC/EWS Annexure (wherever applicable), socio-economic questionnaire. Even candidates who have uploaded required documents/information earlier and have no updates are required to log in and finally submit after verifying details to generate the e-summon letter. ### Important Dates for Online Submission The online portal for filling/updating details will be available on the Website of the Union Public Service Commission (https://upsconline.gov.in) from 13th November, 2025, to 27th November, 2025, till 6:00 P.M. No further correspondence will be entertained if details are not submitted by this deadline. ### Other Important Information * Changes to OAF: No request for change/modification of information given in the Online Application Form (OAF) will be entertained, except for changes in address/contact details, which should be notified within 7 days of this notice via letter, email (csm-upsc@nic.in), or Fax. * Attestation Form: All qualified candidates must fill and submit the Attestation Form online, available on the Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T) website (https://cseplus.nic.in/Account/Login) from the date of commencement of Personality Tests (Interviews) until their conclusion.
