E-call Letters: SMS/E-mail alerts will be sent to registered mobile/email IDs for downloading e-call letters from the official website of RRB, Guwahati.
Online Uploads: Candidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active until the date of DV. Detailed instructions are in the DV e-call letter.

Medical Examination: After DV, candidates will be sent for medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital under Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) jurisdiction on the next day. Candidates should be prepared to stay for three to four days. A prescribed medical fee of Rs 24/- is applicable. Additional costs for special investigations (e.g., CT Scan, Ultra Sound, eye surgery tests) not available at the Railway Hospital must be borne by the candidate.
Provisional Candidature: Candidature is purely provisional and may be cancelled at any stage due to inconsistency, deficiency, discrepancy, or malpractice.
No Guarantee of Appointment: Mere shortlisting or calling for DV/Medical examination does not guarantee appointment in the Railways. Empanelment depends on the correctness of submitted information and verification of documents.
Free Travel Authority: SC/ST candidates will be provided free travel authority for attending DV and Medical Examination upon producing their original caste certificate.
Absence from DV: Failure to report for Document Verification on the scheduled date will lead to rejection of candidature, unless supported by documentary evidence (e.g., University/Government examination or sickness). No fresh e-call letter will be issued.
