No: RRB/Bilaspur/03-2024/Medical/Unfit/222Date: 2025-10-08Subject: Information regarding list of candidates declared unfit in medical category by Railway Hospitals and opportunity for appeal for re-medical examination for Centralized Employment Notice No. 03/2024 (JE, DMS, CMA, CS and MS) Level-6 Posts.The Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur, through Centralized Employment Notice No. 03/2024 (JE, DMS, CMA, CS, and MS) for Level-6 posts, had sent candidates for medical examination to Divisional Railway Hospitals from 2025-08-11 to 2025-08-21 and on block date 2025-09-01, after document verification. A list of candidates declared unfit for the prescribed medical standard A-3 is hereby published.A list of 29 (twenty-nine) candidates declared medically unfit is attached. This list includes their Level, Roll Number, and Medical Fitness status.### Appeal for Re-medical ExaminationOnly those candidates from the above list who were sent for medical examination under medical category A-3 and lower medical categories, and have been declared fit in a medical category lower than A-3, are eligible to appeal for a re-medical examination.To appeal, candidates must submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure-I and Annexure-II) at the Railway Recruitment Board, Bilaspur office by 2025-11-07.Important Conditions for Appeal: * Candidates who were absent for the medical examination or were discharged from the medical examination are not eligible to submit an appeal. * In cases where an appeal is received, re-examination of the candidate will be provided through a medical board, subject to the concurrence of the Principal Chief Medical Director, South East Central Railway, Bilaspur. * Candidates permitted for re-medical examination by the Principal Chief Medical Director, South East Central Railway, Bilaspur, must submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) payable at Bilaspur in favor of Principal Financial Advisor / South East Central Railway / Bilaspur (PFA/SECR/Bilaspur) before being sent for medical examination.### Annexure-I: Appeal Form for Remedical ExaminationThis annexure is the appeal form to be filled by the candidate. It includes sections for: * Candidate's details and Roll Number. * Acknowledgement of being declared medically unfit. * A request for a re-medical examination. * A commitment to submit the requisite fee of Rs. 1000/- through a Demand Draft. * Requires enclosure of the Medical Certificate (Annexure-II).### Annexure-II: Proforma of Medical CertificateThis annexure is the proforma for the Medical Certificate to be filled by a Government or Private Specialist Doctor. Key points include: * Details of the candidate (Name, Father's Name, Medical Category, Post). * Doctor's certification confirming personal examination after verifying photograph, signature, and identification marks. * Acknowledgement by the doctor that the candidate has already been rejected as unfit by a government medical authority. * Confirmation that necessary investigations are done, and reports are enclosed. * Specific instructions for vision testing using Landolt's split rings as per Indian Railways guidelines. * Sections for the certifying doctor's opinion, signature, name, specialty, registration number, date of issue, place of issue, and official stamp.
