RRB Muzaffarpur CEN 01/2024 ALP 2nd Round Document Verification Schedule

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Muzaffarpur, has announced the 2nd round schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for candidates shortlisted for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) under CEN No. 01/2024.

Important Dates and Venue

  • Document Verification Date: 19.01.2026 at 09:30 AM
  • Block Date for Absentees: 30.01.2026
  • Venue: Office of Railway Recruitment Board/Muzaffarpur, Lichi Bagan, Maripur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar - 842001.

Instructions for Candidates

  1. Online Document Upload: Candidates are required to upload all necessary documents on the RRB Document Verification portal at https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active for uploads starting 10 days before the DV date and will close on the day of the DV.
  2. Required Documents for DV: Candidates must bring all original documents along with two sets of A4 size photocopies, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.
  3. Photographs: Six passport-size colour photographs, not more than one month old, are required.
  4. E-call Letter Foils: Candidates must also bring their e-call letter foils from CBT-1, CBT-2, and CBAT.
  5. Name Discrepancy: In case of variations in the spelling of the name/father's name, a relevant affidavit executed before a Magistrate or Notary is required.
  6. E-call Letter: SMS and email alerts will be sent to registered contact details for downloading the e-call letter from the RRB website.

Medical Examination

  • The medical examination will be conducted on the next working day after the DV at a Railway hospital.
  • A prescribed medical fee of ₹24 is payable. Additional costs for special investigations, if required and not available at the Railway hospital, must be borne by the candidate.

General Information

  • No additional time will be given to candidates who fail to produce their original certificates on the scheduled date, and their candidature will be liable for cancellation.
  • The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage if any inconsistency or malpractice is detected.
  • Shortlisting for DV does not guarantee an appointment in the Railways.
  • Candidates are warned against touts who may make false promises of selection. The RRB recruitment process is fully computerized and based on merit.
