4th Round Document Verification Schedule for Paramedical for CEN 04/2024

Introduction

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Guwahati has announced the schedule for the 4th round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for Paramedical posts against CEN 04/2024. A total of 03 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for this round. Candidates are advised to visit the official website www.rrbguwahati.gov.in for regular updates.

Document Verification Schedule

Candidates are required to report to the office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati, Panbazar, Station Road, Guwahati-781001, as per the following schedule:

• DV Date: 23-03-2026
• Session: Forenoon (FN)
• Reporting Time: 09:00 AM

Block Date for Absentees

A block date is scheduled for candidates who miss their original DV date for valid reasons.

Pre-Verification Formalities

Candidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active up to the date of the DV. E-call letters can be downloaded from the official RRB Guwahati website, and SMS/E-mail alerts are being sent to registered contact details.

Medical Examination

Following the completion of Document Verification, candidates will be directed to a nominated Railway Hospital under the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) jurisdiction for a medical examination on the next day. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of three to four days. A prescribed medical fee of Rs. 24/- is payable. For special investigations like CT Scans or Ultrasounds not available at the Railway Hospital, candidates will have to bear the costs at external laboratories.

Important Instructions and Required Documents

Candidates must bring two sets of clear, legible, self-attested photocopies of all original documents along with the e-call letter. The required documents include:

• Matriculation/High School certificate for proof of date of birth.
• 10+2/Inter/Higher Secondary/PUC certificate.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Other certificates/diplomas as per the educational qualifications specified in Annexure of CEN 02/2024 (Technicians).
• Educational certificates with the date of issue. If the issue date is after the application closing date, a consolidated mark sheet with the result declaration date is required.
• SC/ST certificate (Annexure-I of CEN 02/2024).
• Valid OBC-NCL certificate (not older than one year from DV date) and non-creamy layer declaration (Annexure-II & IIA of CEN 02/2024).
• Income and Asset Certificate for EWS candidates (Annexure-III of CEN 02/2024).
• Income certificate for waiving examination fees for Economically Backward Classes.
• Original Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
• NOC from the current employer for serving employees.
• Minority Community Declaration on Non-Judicial Stamp paper.
• Legal documents for a formal name change.
• J&K Domicile Certificate.
• Decree of Divorce/Judicial separation for divorced/separated women and death certificate of spouse for widow candidates, along with an affidavit of not having remarried.
• Six passport-size photographs (not older than three months).
• Upper portion of the CBT e-call letters.
• Photocopy of both sides of an Aadhar card.
