This notification addresses the Feedback Module and re-examination for specific candidates impacted during the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2025 (Tier-I).
The candidates for the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2025 should refer to the Message from the Chairman, Staff Selection Commission to the Candidates of Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) Tier I 2025 dated 11.09.2025.
Following the launch of the dedicated Feedback Portal, accessible via the Candidate Login on the Commission's website ssc.gov.in, the Commission has received numerous responses concerning the conduct of the exams. Over a one-week period, approximately 10,000 feedback submissions were recorded. Among these, around 2,000 candidates have reported alleged technical disruptions, such as multiple system restarts, during the Computer Based Examination.
The Commission is diligently examining each complaint. The feedback received is being cross-checked by the respective Regional Offices of the Commission. For claims found to be genuine, the Commission has decided to provide another opportunity to the affected candidates. Their re-examination will be conducted on or before 26.09.2025.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the Commission's website and their Candidate's portal for further updates.
