Schedule for 3rd Document Verification and Medical Examination for Junior Engineer Posts

Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 03/2024

Further to the notice dated 19/08/2025, the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Malda has shortlisted candidates for the 3rd Document Verification (DV) for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE).

DV Schedule

  • Date: 03/02/2026
  • Reporting Time: 10:30 AM
  • Venue: Railway Recruitment Board, Malda

Candidates will be informed via E-Mail/SMS to download their e-call letter and Travelling Pass (if applicable). The e-call letter will be available for download from the official RRB Malda website (www.rrbmalda.gov.in) 07 days prior to the scheduled DV date.

Block Date for Absentees

Candidates who fail to appear on the scheduled date can attend the DV on the block date:

  • Date: 16/02/2026
  • Time: 10:30 AM

Failure to report on either the scheduled date or the block date will lead to the rejection of candidature. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.

Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following documents to the DV:

  • All original certificates/documents.
  • Two (02) sets of clear, legible, self-attested photocopies of all original documents as per para 19.0 of CEN No. 03/2024.
  • Six (06) recent passport-size colour photographs.
  • Three (03) copies of the DV call letter.

Important Instructions

  • Online Document Upload: Candidates are required to upload clear scanned images of all documents, a colour scanned copy of their passport-size photograph, and signature on the RRB Document Verification Portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active for uploading from 07 days before the DV date until the DV date.
  • Medical Examination: After the DV, candidates will be sent for a Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospital on the next day. Candidates should come prepared for this.
  • Provisional Candidature: Merely being called for DV does not guarantee an appointment. Candidature is provisional and can be cancelled at any stage if discrepancies are found.
  • Candidates are advised to beware of touts and false promises of employment. RRB selections are based on merit and the Computer Based Test (CBT).
