SSC JE and CHSL 2025 Tier II Exam City, Admission Certificate, and Scribe Entry Pass Information

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released information regarding the City of Examination, Admission Certificate, and Scribe Entry Pass for the candidates of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2025 (Paper-II) and Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2025 (Tier-II).

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. Accessing Information: Candidates can view their details by logging in through the designated login module on the Commission's website: https://ssc.gov.in/.

  2. 'Own Scribe' Facility:

    • Candidates availing the ‘Own Scribe’ facility must complete a fresh Scribe registration on the Commission's website, as registrations prior to 05.11.2025 have been disposed of.
    • Scribe registration is now integrated with Aadhaar Authentication, which is mandatory for all personnel willing to enroll/appear as a scribe.
    • Candidates must submit their Scribe's registration number to generate the Scribe's Entry Pass.
    • The maximum permissible age limit for a personnel appearing as an own Scribe will be as per the updated policy.

  3. Scribe OTR Mapping Deadlines:

    • Junior Engineer Exam: Candidates who opted for 'own scribe' can map their Scribe OTR until 03.04.2026 (upto 11:00 PM).
    • Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam: Candidates who opted for 'own scribe' can map their Scribe OTR until 05.04.2026 (upto 11:00 PM).
    • The Scribe Entry Pass will only be generated for candidates who successfully map their Scribe OTR.

  4. Discrepancy: In case of any confusion or discrepancy in the Admission Certificate/Scribe Entry Pass, the original examination notices dated 30.06.2025 and 23.06.2025 respectively, will prevail.
