RBI Notice Inviting Tender for Advertisement Release for Office Attendant Recruitment 2025

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Department of Communication (DoC), has issued a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for the release of advertisements related to the “Recruitment of Office Attendants in RBI- Panel Year 2025”. The advertisements are intended to be published in leading English/Hindi newspapers tentatively from the 3rd week of January 2026.

Terms and Conditions

1. Submission of Bids: Bids must be submitted electronically through the MSTC portal at https://www.mstcecommerce.com/RBI against event number (RBI/DoC – Central Office Departments/Others/20/25-26/ET/814). No physical bids will be accepted.
2. Shortlisting: Agencies will be shortlisted based on L1 (including net media cost, agency commission, and applicable taxes). The Net Media Cost, Agency Commission, and applicable taxes must be submitted separately in the E-tender.
3. Execution: The shortlisted agency must execute the work as per the plan in the tender document without fail.
4. Amendments: The Reserve Bank of India reserves the right to amend the proposed plan. A fresh e-tender will be uploaded on the MSTC portal if necessary.
5. Taxes: TDS and TDS under GST will be deducted as per the applicable rate.
6. Confidentiality: All documents and information from the Bank must be treated as privileged and confidential.
