Notes

  1. Await detailed Notification of the postings, which will follow.
  2. All officers under orders of Annual General Transfers should leave the charge of their present posting in consultation with the Principal District Judges of the respective stations. They should take charge at the new station on the date of re-opening before office hours to ensure all Judicial Officers are functional at the new station upon re-opening of Courts after vacation.
  3. Courts re-open after vacation on 8th June 2026.
  4. Judicial Officers can forward representations, if any, against the posting given in AGT Memo 2026 only through the link provided in the Judicial Officer's Portal on the official website of Bombay High Court from 23.02.2026 to 06.03.2026. The link will be disabled thereafter. Representations received after this period will not be considered. After submission, the representations will be automatically received in this office through email (rg-bhc@nic.in).
  5. Judicial Officers under order of transfer are directed to (a) finish by judgments in all cases where hearing has concluded and (b) endeavour to dispose of all part-heard cases before handing over charge.
  6. (*) Judicial Officers not due for transfer and who are transferred on their request are not entitled to Transfer Grants / Allowances.
