Introduction
This notification is issued as per Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025(1917687) dated September 17, 2025, for the direct recruitment of Anganwadi Assistants based on honorarium in child development projects operating in urban and rural areas of Baghpat district. Online application forms are invited through the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in.

Eligibility and Special Instructions for Application
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply for these vacant posts.
- The minimum educational qualification for the post of Anganwadi Assistant is Intermediate or its equivalent. Merit will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification.
- The minimum age for the applicant for the post of Anganwadi Assistant is 18 years, and the maximum age is 35 years as on 01.07.2025. The date of birth entered in the High School mark sheet and certificate will be considered valid for age calculation.
- Preference will be given to widowed/legally divorced/abandoned women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families residing in the respective Gram Sabha/Ward (urban area) related to the advertised post.
- For widows, a certified copy of the death certificate and family register issued by the concerned Gram Panchayat/Nagar Nikay/competent authority will be valid. For divorced/abandoned women, a legal order issued by the competent court will be valid.
- If BPL widows/divorced/abandoned women are not available, then BPL widows/divorced/abandoned women from above the poverty line from the same Gram Sabha/Ward (urban areas) will be given preference.
- The poverty line income limits will be followed as per Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2015 dated September 14, 2015 (as amended) of the Social Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh, for rural and urban areas.
- If the above-mentioned candidates are not available, preference will be given to women from families above the poverty line residing in the same Gram/Ward (urban areas).
- Income, caste, and domicile certificates issued with digital signatures by the competent authority will be considered valid, provided they are verifiable online.
- The income certificate's validity will be as per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-राज0-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended) of the Revenue Department, Uttar Pradesh, issued by the competent level, provided it is verifiable online.
- The last date for submitting online applications is December 01, 2025, until midnight.
