Special Instructions for Eligibility and Application
- Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
- The minimum educational qualification for the Anganwadi Assistant post is Intermediate or equivalent. Merit will be prepared based on the maximum educational qualification, up to Post-Graduation.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of 2025-07-01. The date of birth recorded on the High School mark sheet/certificate will be considered valid.
- Priority will be given to widowed/legally divorced/abandoned women from families living below the poverty line (BPL) in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).
- For widows, a death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be considered valid. For divorced/abandoned women, legal orders issued by the competent court will be valid.
- If no eligible widowed/divorced/abandoned women from BPL families are found in the same Gram Sabha/Ward, then other women from BPL families in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be given priority.
- If no eligible widowed/divorced/abandoned women from BPL families are found, then widowed/divorced/abandoned women from non-BPL families in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
- If no eligible candidates as per the above criteria are found, then other women from non-BPL families in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
- Residence and caste certificates issued online with digital signatures by the Tehsil will be considered valid if online verification is possible.
- Income certificates issued by a competent authority as per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-10-9 dated 2021-09-30 (as amended) from Revenue Section-9, Uttar Pradesh Government, will be considered valid if online verification is possible.
- Applications must be filled online carefully and correctly on the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in. Self-attested copies of documents, which are clean and readable, must be uploaded as specified in the online form. Offline or postal applications will not be accepted. If any errors, facts/data, or educational marks/grades are found incorrect or forged, the candidature will be cancelled.
