Special Instructions for Eligibility and Application

1. Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
2. The minimum educational qualification for the Anganwadi Assistant post is Intermediate or equivalent. Merit will be prepared based on the maximum educational qualification, up to Post-Graduation.
3. Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of 2025-07-01. The date of birth recorded on the High School mark sheet/certificate will be considered valid.
4. Priority will be given to widowed/legally divorced/abandoned women from families living below the poverty line (BPL) in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).
5. For widows, a death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be considered valid. For divorced/abandoned women, legal orders issued by the competent court will be valid.
6. If no eligible widowed/divorced/abandoned women from BPL families are found in the same Gram Sabha/Ward, then other women from BPL families in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be given priority.
7. If no eligible widowed/divorced/abandoned women from BPL families are found, then widowed/divorced/abandoned women from non-BPL families in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
8. If no eligible candidates as per the above criteria are found, then other women from non-BPL families in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
9. Residence and caste certificates issued online with digital signatures by the Tehsil will be considered valid if online verification is possible.
10. Income certificates issued by a competent authority as per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-10-9 dated 2021-09-30 (as amended) from Revenue Section-9, Uttar Pradesh Government, will be considered valid if online verification is possible.
11. Applications must be filled online carefully and correctly on the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in. Self-attested copies of documents, which are clean and readable, must be uploaded as specified in the online form. Offline or postal applications will not be accepted. If any errors, facts/data, or educational marks/grades are found incorrect or forged, the candidature will be cancelled.
