Candidates with the roll numbers listed in the official document have been provisionally shortlisted for Document Verification (DV) for posts in Pay Level-6. The shortlisting is based on scores from the 2nd Stage CBT, Aptitude Test (for the post of Station Master), and the post priorities submitted in the online application.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. DV Schedule: The date for Document Verification (DV) will be announced in due course on the official website. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email and SMS to download their e-call letter from the RRB Website.

  2. Medical Examination: After the successful completion of DV, candidates must undergo a Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospitals within the jurisdiction of the RRB. A medical fee of Rs. 24/- is required. Candidates should come prepared for a stay of three to four days.

  3. Required Documents: Shortlisted candidates must produce all original documents along with one set of A4 size photocopies, as detailed in the CEN and the e-call letter.

  4. Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional. It is liable to be cancelled at any stage if any inconsistency, deficiency, or malpractice is found. Being called for DV does not guarantee an appointment in the Railways.

  5. General Information:

    • The roll numbers of shortlisted candidates are arranged horizontally in ascending order and not in order of merit.
    • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the RRB's official website for updates.
    • Beware of touts with false promises of selection. The recruitment process is fully computerized and selection is based purely on merit.
    • The RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes.
