Provisional Common Gradation/Seniority Lists for Group A Officers (Personal Assistant/Private Secretary) in High Court of Bombay

The High Court of Bombay has published the Provisional Common Gradation/Seniority Lists for the posts of Senior Private Secretary, Private Secretary, and Personal Assistant (Group 'A' Officers). These lists cover personnel working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side and Original Side, Bombay, and its benches at Nagpur, Aurangabad, and the High Court of Bombay at Goa (Panaji). The period covered by these lists, as per recaderisation, ranges from 03/10/2007 to 01/01/2025.

Submission of Objections

Any objections to the said Provisional Seniority Lists must be submitted to the Registrar (Personnel) within 15 days from the date of its publication. Representations received after this period will not be considered.

The provisional common gradation/seniority list for Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge (Gazetted Officers) includes the following figures:

Important Notes

Several points clarify the seniority status of individuals on deputation or re-employment:

  • Smt. R. R. Pillai and Shri O. S. Kumbhakarna, Personal Assistants, are on deputation, and their seniority is maintained in the Gradation/Seniority List.
  • Miss. S. K. Chandka, Shri A. S. Nalawade, Shri S. A. Sharma, Shri Mohd. Ibrahim, and Shri. V. R. Date, Personal Assistants, were re-employed for specific periods, and their seniority is not maintained in the Gradation/Seniority List.
  • Shri Devendra Nandkumar Kale, Personal Assistant, is working on deputation on the establishment of the High Court, Original Side, Bombay, and his seniority is not maintained in the Gradation/Seniority List.
