RRB Gorakhpur Paramedical (CEN 04/2024) Document Verification Schedule (Round-VII)

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Gorakhpur has announced the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Genuineness of Candidature, followed by a Medical Examination (Round-VII) for a candidate shortlisted under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical) for the post of Nursing Superintendent.

Document Verification Schedule

  • Post: Nursing Superintendent
  • Date and Time: 27-02-2026 at 10:00 Hrs.
  • Venue: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP)
  • Candidates Shortlisted: 01

Instructions for Candidates

  1. E-Call Letter: Candidates must download the e-call letter for document verification from the official RRB Gorakhpur website, www.rrbgkp.gov.in.
  2. Required Documents:
    • Original e-call letter.
    • All original documents as mentioned in the e-call letter.
    • One original valid and current photo ID proof and Address ID proof (as presented during CBT).
    • Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents.
    • Self-attested translated versions (in Hindi/English) of certificates that are not in English/Hindi.
    • Six passport-size colour photographs, not more than one month old.
    • Candidate's foil of the e-call letter for CBT-1.
  3. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are not permitted during the DV and Medical Examination.

Medical Examination

  • Candidates must attend a Medical Examination after the Document Verification.
  • A fee of Rs. 24/- for the medical examination must be paid at the DV venue.
  • The date and place for the Medical Examination will be communicated at the time of DV.
  • Candidates are advised to be prepared for a stay of more than 4 days at their own expense.
  • Belongings are not allowed at the Railway Hospitals. Candidates should only carry their Admit Card for the Medical Test and original ID proofs.

Block Date for Absentee Candidates

  • A final opportunity is provided for candidates who fail to attend the DV on the scheduled date for valid reasons (supported by documentary evidence like a University/Government exam or sickness).
  • Block Date: 10-03-2026
  • No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.
