This notice announces the provisional shortlisting of candidates for the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) for Non-Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) posts under CEN No. 05/2024.

Key Details:

  • The 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-I) was conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) from June 5, 2025, to June 24, 2025.
  • Candidates whose Roll Numbers are listed in the attached document have been provisionally shortlisted to appear in the 2nd Stage CBT.
  • Shortlisting is based on merit in CBT-I and the candidates' order of preference for various posts.
  • Candidates availing reservation benefits (OBC(NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, PwBD, ExSM) will continue to be considered under their respective categories in all subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
  • The subsequent shortlisting for Document Verification will be based on the performance in the 2nd Stage CBT and, where applicable, the CBAT/TST.

2nd Stage CBT:

  • The 2nd Stage CBT for provisionally qualified candidates is tentatively scheduled for the 3rd week of October 2025.
  • Candidates will be advised of their Exam City Intimation approximately 10 days prior to the 2nd Stage CBT via the official RRB website, SMS, and Email.
  • E-call letters will be available for download 4 days prior to the CBT date.

Candidate Information:

  • Candidates can view their individual scores and qualifying status for the 2nd Stage CBT by logging in through the link provided on the official RRB website using their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • Upon logging in, candidates can also view their question paper and the correct answers marked.

Important Instructions:

  • Candidature for the 2nd Stage CBT is purely provisional and is subject to cancellation if any inconsistency/deficiency in data or malpractice is found.
  • Merely being called for the 2nd Stage CBT does not guarantee appointment in the Railways.
  • While due care has been taken in preparing the list, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical mistakes. No correspondence from unsuccessful candidates will be entertained.
  • Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RRB website for updates.
  • The Roll Numbers of provisionally qualified candidates for the 2nd Stage CBT are arranged horizontally in ascending order, not in order of merit.

  • Candidates are warned against touts who may mislead them with false promises of selection for illegal considerations. The recruitment process is fully computerized and based solely on merit.
