This notice announces the provisional shortlisting of candidates for empanelment for Level-7 posts under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical).

The shortlisting is based on the performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and Document Verification cum-Medical Examination conducted on October 23, 2025, and November 03, 2025, by the Railway Recruitment Board, Gorakhpur. Candidates who passed the required medical category for the notified Paramedical posts have been provisionally shortlisted.

Post: NURSING SUPERINTENDENT, Category-1, (NER)

A total of 13 (Thirteen) candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for empanelment.

Important Instructions and Information:

1. Merit Position in Case of Tie: If two or more candidates secure the same marks, their merit position will be determined first by age criteria (older person placed higher). If age is also the same, alphabetical order (A to Z) of the name will be used to break the tie.
2. Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all candidates in this provisional Part result is purely provisional. It is liable to be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment/appointment process if any inconsistency, deficiency in the furnished data, or mal-practice comes to notice. Mere placement in this provisional Part result does not entitle candidates to an appointment in the railway.
3. Rectification of Errors: While every care has been taken in preparing this provisional Part result, RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistakes.
4. Further Action: The names of the candidates in this Provisional Part result are being forwarded to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur. Further action on appointment will be taken by the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, N.E. Railway, Gorakhpur, after due verification and fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including the production of Original/Current Certificates of Educational/Technical Qualification, Date of Birth, Caste, EWS, OBC, Past Character & Antecedents/Affidavits, as required by the centralized notification.
5. Affidavit Requirement: All candidates will be required to submit an affidavit confirming that their Degree/Diploma certificate and Caste certificate, as applicable, are genuine and valid.
6. Warning Against Misguidance: Candidates are warned to beware of touts who may misguide them with false promises of selection through illegal means. The recruitment process for RRB exams is fully computerized, and selection is based purely on the merit of the candidates.
7. Updates: Candidates are advised to regularly visit RRB's official website for updates.
