Introduction

This notification from the High Court of Judicature, Appellate Side, Bombay, certifies the satisfactory completion of the probation period by certain Civil Judges, Junior Division and Judicial Magistrates First Class.

Regulatory Framework

The certification is made as per the proviso to Rule 13(1), 13(4) read with Rule 15 of the Maharashtra Judicial Service Rules, 2008. These officers have also completed 3 years of regular service on the post of first appointment, as specified at Instruction No. 1 in the Government Circular, General Administration Department: No. PC-1414/(M.No.73/14)/13A dated 11.09.2014.

Accordingly, these Judicial Officers are now eligible to be considered as 'permanent employees' for all necessary purposes for the posts mentioned in Column No. 2 against their names, from the date mentioned in Column No. 4 of the original notification.

List of Judicial Officers Granted Permanency

The notification details the following Judicial Officers, their current designations, the post for which permanency is granted, their date of first appointment for continuous service, and their date of permanency (confirmation):

  • Smt. Arya Avinash Nikam: 3rd Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Ulhasnagar, Thane. Permanency as Civil Judge, Junior Division from 11/08/2024.
  • Shri Dattaprasad Yashavant Rairikar: Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Parli-Vaijnath, Beed. Permanency as Civil Judge, Junior Division from 11/08/2024.
  • Shri Pawan Rambhau Dhore: 4th Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Dhule. Permanency as Civil Judge, Junior Division from 04/08/2024.
  • Shri Hanan Yusuf Pathan: 3rd J. CJJD & JMFC, Nandurbar. Permanency as Civil Judge, Junior Division from 30/07/2024.
  • Smt. Deepika Sanjay Upadhyay: 14th Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Aurangabad. Permanency as Civil Judge, Junior Division from 08/08/2024.
  • Smt. Priyanka Sanjay Dhumal: 6th Jt. CJJD & JMFC, Pandharpur, Solapur. Permanency as Civil Judge, Junior Division from 28/01/2025.

Note: The dates of permanency and dates of completion of the probation period for these Judicial Officers are the same as mentioned in column No. 4 of the table.
