Introduction
It is hereby informed to the general public that in accordance with Government Order No.-1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 2025-09-17, applications are invited online through the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in for direct recruitment to the remaining vacant posts of Anganwadi Workers based on honorarium in child development projects operating in rural areas of the district.

Eligibility and Special Instructions for Filling the Application Form
- Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
- For vacant posts (Anganwadi Worker), the merit will be prepared based on the minimum educational qualification of Intermediate (10+2) and equivalent, and the maximum educational qualification of Post Graduate.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the ward/Gram Sabha of the vacant post. In case eligible candidates are not available in that category in the Gram Sabha, she must be a permanent resident of the concerned Nyaya Panchayat. For applications in urban areas, the online issued residence certificate must compulsorily mention the ward number/name and related ward name.
- Only updated residence and caste certificates issued online with digital signatures by the Tehsil will be valid, whose online verification is possible.
- For the post of Anganwadi Worker, the applicant's minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age 35 years. The cut-off date for age calculation will be July 01, 2025.
- Preference will be given to applicants from the BPL category for recruitment to the Anganwadi Worker post. The determination of the BPL category will be as per Government Order No.-22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 2015-09-14 (as amended) issued by the Social Welfare Section-2, Uttar Pradesh Government.
- Regarding income certificates, only those issued by the competent authority as per Government Order No.-3959/1-9-11-Raj-9 dated 2011-09-30 (as amended) issued by Revenue Section-9, Uttar Pradesh Government will be valid, whose online verification is possible.
- For widows, certified copies of death certificates issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and family register will be valid.
- For divorced and abandoned women, legal orders issued by the Hon'ble Court will be valid.
- For the advertised posts, only online applications submitted within the stipulated time frame on the departmental website http://upanganwadibharti.in will be accepted. Offline applications will not be accepted/valid under any circumstances.
- The application form available on the departmental website must be filled online carefully and correctly. Self-attested copies of documents, which are clear and legible and mentioned in the online form, must be uploaded on the portal http://upanganwadibharti.in. No application or document/form will be accepted offline or by post. If any error is found in the application or any fact/data/educational qualification marks/total marks are incorrect or forged, the candidature will be canceled.
