How to Check Application Status

Candidates can view the status of their applications by logging in with their user credentials at www.rrbapply.gov.in.

The application status will be categorized as one of the following:

• (i) Provisionally accepted
• (ii) Conditionally accepted with conditions
• (iii) Rejected (with reasons for rejection)

Important Information

• Communication: SMS and email notifications regarding the application status will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number and email ID.
• Corrections: The RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes. No correspondence will be entertained from ineligible/rejected candidates.
• Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all eligible/accepted candidates is purely provisional. It is liable to be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment process if any inconsistency, deficiency, falsified data, or malpractice is found.
• Official Sources: Candidates are advised to refer only to the official websites of RRBs for the latest updates and not be misled by unauthenticated sources.
