Schedule for Document Verification & Medical Examination (Round-4) for Paramedical Candidates (CEN No. 04/2024)

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Gorakhpur has announced the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Genuineness of candidature, along with Medical Examination (Round-4) for candidates shortlisted under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical).

Schedule Details

  • Date of Document Verification (Nursing Superintendent): November 24, 2025, at 09:30 Hrs.
  • Total Candidates: 04 (Four) candidates have been shortlisted for Nursing Superintendent.
  • Venue: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP).

Important Instructions for Document Verification and Medical Examination

  1. E-Call Letter: Candidates must download the e-call letter for document verification from the official website of RRB Gorakhpur (www.rrbgkp.gov.in) and produce it at the DV venue.
  2. Documents Required:
    • All original documents as listed in the e-call letter (back side/2nd page).
    • Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all documents.
    • One original valid & current photo ID proof and Address ID proof (as presented at the time of CBTs).
    • Self-attested translated versions (Hindi/English) are required if certificates are not in English/Hindi.
    • Certificates must be in prescribed formats; no additional time will be given for non-production of original certificates.
  3. Photographs: Bring six (6) recent passport-size colour photographs (NOT MORE THAN ONE MONTH OLD).
  4. CBT-1 E-Call Letter: Candidates must also bring their candidate's foil of the e-call letter for CBT-1.
  5. Prohibited Items: Mobile phones are strictly not permitted during DV and Medical Examination.
  6. Medical Test:
    • Candidates must attend a Medical Test (Examination) after DV.
    • A fee of Rs. 24/- towards medical examination is payable at the DV venue.
    • The date and place of Medical Examination will be intimated at the time of DV.
    • Admit cards for Medical Test will be issued at the time of DV.
    • Candidates should be prepared to stay for more than 4 days for DV/Medical examination.
    • Do not bring belongings to Railway Hospitals as no facility is available to keep them. Only carry Admit card for Medical Test, Photo ID, and Address ID proof. No fees will be charged at the Hospital for medical examination itself; avoid carrying cash.
  7. Block Date for Absentee Candidates:
    • Date: December 05, 2025.
    • This is a second and final chance for candidates who failed to report on their regular DV date with valid reasons (University/Government examination or sickness).
    • No fresh e-call letter will be sent for this purpose; candidates can attend with the same e-call letter uploaded for regular DV. Failure to report on this date will lead to rejection of candidature.
