Correcting Errors in Online Application

Admit Card Information

Mandatory Instructions for Candidates

Exam Method and Evaluation Method

  • Three identical barcode stickers will be provided on the question paper's main page. Candidates must carefully affix one on the OMR sheet, one on the question paper, and one on the attendance sheet.
  • The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark. Candidates will have 2 hours to complete the paper.
  • Candidates must choose one option out of four and completely fill the corresponding circle on the OMR sheet with a blue or black dot pen.
  • There will be no negative marking.

Resolution of Claims/Objections

  • To file objections, candidates must log in with their registration number (profile ID) and date of birth on the Vyapam website.
  • After the exam, if candidates have objections to the model answers released by Vyapam, they must submit them with valid proof within the stipulated period (proof from guidebooks will not be accepted).
  • A fee of Rs. 50/- per question must be paid online for filing objections. Objections without payment will not be accepted.
  • Objections sent by post, email, or submitted in person at the Vyapam office will not be accepted.

  • Before filing objections, keep soft copies of supporting evidence ready. Download the acknowledgment after successful submission.
  • Objections without proof will be invalid.
  • Each question's objection must be submitted separately. Submitting multiple objections for multiple questions together will be invalid.
  • Objections received will be resolved by subject experts at Vyapam. Their decision will be final, and the final answer will be prepared accordingly.
  • OMR sheets will be evaluated based on the final answer.
  • The final answer will be released along with the exam results. No further claims or objections on the final answer will be accepted.

Incorrect Questions

  • If an incorrect question is deleted, all candidates will be awarded marks for that question as bonus marks.
  • If a question has multiple correct options, all correct options will be considered valid based on the subject expert's decision.

Exam Result

  • Results will be declared by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board based on the rules of the concerned department. Candidates can view and print their results on https://vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in.

Re-calculation / Re-evaluation

  • OMR sheets are evaluated by machine; therefore, there is no provision for re-calculation or re-evaluation.

Jurisdiction
