Important Notes

Profile Registration: Applicants must register their profile once on the Vyapam portal. Personal details will be auto-filled for subsequent applications.
Document Verification: Vyapam does not collect caste, date of birth, local resident, educational qualification, disability, or ex-servicemen certificates with the online application. These will be verified by the appointing authority. Applicants are solely responsible for the information provided.
Error Correction: A 3-day window is provided after the last date of online application for error correction. Applicants must correct errors themselves.
Result Basis: Exam results will be based on the information provided in the application. Vyapam will not make any corrections at any stage.
Application Submission: After successful payment of exam fees, applicants must click the "SUBMIT" button to finalize their application.
Fee Refund (Chhattisgarh Residents): Examination fees will be refunded to local residents of Chhattisgarh who appear for the exam. The refund will be credited to the same bank account from which the fee was paid.
Printout: Applicants must take a printout of the successfully submitted online application form and keep it safe.

Correcting Errors in Online Application

To correct fundamental information, applicants must first update their profile registration. The corrections will then reflect in the online application.
Admit cards will be issued based on the information provided or corrected within the specified time frame.

Admit Card Information

Admit cards will be uploaded on the Vyapam website approximately 7 days before the exam.
Candidates can download their admit cards from their profile. It is essential to keep the admit card safe even after the exam, as it may be required during the selection process or service joining.
Candidates must download and print the complete admit card and bring it to the exam center. Admit cards will not be sent by post.

Mandatory Instructions for Candidates

ID Proof: Candidates must bring their admit card along with an original photo ID (Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, or Aadhaar Card) to the exam center. Entry will be denied without an original photo ID.
Reporting Time: Candidates must report at least 2 hours before the exam start time for verification and frisking.
Gate Closing Time: The main gate of the exam center will close 30 minutes before the exam starts (e.g., if the exam starts at 11:00 AM, the gate closes at 10:30 AM).
Dress Code: Wear light-colored, half-sleeved clothes. Dark colors (black, dark blue, dark green, purple, maroon, violet, dark chocolate) are prohibited.
Footwear: Wear sandals or slippers.
Jewellery: No ornaments are allowed.
Exit Restrictions: Leaving the exam hall during the first 30 minutes and the last 30 minutes of the exam is prohibited.
Prohibited Items: Communication devices, electronic devices, electronic watches, purses, pouches, scarves, belts, caps, etc., are strictly prohibited.
Religious/Cultural Attire: Candidates wearing religious or cultural attire must report earlier for additional security checks.

Entry into Exam Hall

Only the following items are allowed in the exam hall:
1. Admit Card
2. Black or blue ballpoint pen
3. Original photo ID (Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, or Aadhaar Card)
Entry will be denied without original photo ID.

Exam Method and Evaluation Method

Three identical barcode stickers will be provided on the question paper's main page. Candidates must carefully affix one on the OMR sheet, one on the question paper, and one on the attendance sheet.
The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, each carrying 1 mark. Candidates will have 2 hours to complete the paper.
Candidates must choose one option out of four and completely fill the corresponding circle on the OMR sheet with a blue or black dot pen.
There will be no negative marking.

Resolution of Claims/Objections

To file objections, candidates must log in with their registration number (profile ID) and date of birth on the Vyapam website.
After the exam, if candidates have objections to the model answers released by Vyapam, they must submit them with valid proof within the stipulated period (proof from guidebooks will not be accepted).
A fee of Rs. 50/- per question must be paid online for filing objections. Objections without payment will not be accepted.
Objections sent by post, email, or submitted in person at the Vyapam office will not be accepted.

Before filing objections, keep soft copies of supporting evidence ready. Download the acknowledgment after successful submission.
Objections without proof will be invalid.
Each question's objection must be submitted separately. Submitting multiple objections for multiple questions together will be invalid.
Objections received will be resolved by subject experts at Vyapam. Their decision will be final, and the final answer will be prepared accordingly.
OMR sheets will be evaluated based on the final answer.
The final answer will be released along with the exam results. No further claims or objections on the final answer will be accepted.

Incorrect Questions

If an incorrect question is deleted, all candidates will be awarded marks for that question as bonus marks.
If a question has multiple correct options, all correct options will be considered valid based on the subject expert's decision.

Exam Result

Results will be declared by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board based on the rules of the concerned department. Candidates can view and print their results on https://vyapamcg.cgstate.gov.in.

Re-calculation / Re-evaluation

OMR sheets are evaluated by machine; therefore, there is no provision for re-calculation or re-evaluation.

Jurisdiction

Vyapam's responsibility is limited to conducting the exam and releasing results. Document verification, selection, and appointment processes are not handled by Vyapam.
