Important Instructions for Application

  • Only female candidates are eligible to apply for these vacant posts. Applications will be accepted exclusively through online mode.
  • The entire selection process will be conducted as per the procedures outlined in Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025(1917687) dated September 17, 2025, issued by the Department of Child Development and Nutrition, Uttar Pradesh. This Government Order is available on the official website of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and also displayed on the notice board of the project office.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi Helper is Intermediate (12th grade) or its equivalent.
  • Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 35 years. The age will be calculated as of July 01, 2025.
  • Age Proof: The date of birth recorded in the high school mark sheet and certificate will be considered valid.
  • Residency: Applicants must be a resident of the same Gram Sabha for rural areas or the same ward for urban areas where the Anganwadi Helper post is vacant.
  • Special Category Documents:
    • Widow Candidates: A certified copy of the husband's death certificate and family register issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Municipal Body will be accepted.
    • Divorced/Abandoned Candidates: A valid legal order issued by the Hon'ble Court will be accepted.
  • Income Certificate: Income certificates issued by a competent authority as per Uttar Pradesh Government Revenue Section-9, Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-राज0-9 dated September 30, 2011, will be valid, provided they are verifiable online. The income limits for Below Poverty Line (BPL) in rural and urban areas will be followed as per Uttar Pradesh Government Social Welfare Section-2, Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated September 14, 2015.
  • Domicile and Caste Certificate: Domicile and caste certificates issued with online digital signatures by the Tehsil will be valid, provided they are verifiable online.

Application Process

  • Applications must be filled online on the format available on the departmental website carefully and correctly.
  • Self-attested, clean, and legible copies of required documents, as specified in the online form, must be uploaded by the applicant.
  • No application or document/form sent offline or by post will be accepted.
  • If any error is found in the application, or if any facts/data/educational documents' marks/percentages are found to be incorrect or manipulated, the candidature will be cancelled.
