Assistant Selection Notice 2025-26

This notice is issued by the District Program Officer, Bijnor, to inform the general public that, as per Government Order No. 2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 2025-09-17, online applications are invited from eligible female candidates for a total of 1016 vacant posts of honorarium-based Assistants. These posts are part of 13 Child Development Projects operating under the Child Development Services and Nutrition Department in Bijnor District.

Instructions Regarding Eligibility and Online Application

  1. Minimum Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed Intermediate (12th grade) or an equivalent examination.
  2. Residency: The applicant must be a permanent resident of the specific ward/Gram Sabha where the vacant post is located.
  3. Age Limit: As of July 1, 2025, the applicant's age must be between 18 and 35 years.
  4. Application Deadline: The last date for submitting online applications is December 5, 2025, by midnight (12:00 AM). Only online applications will be accepted; offline applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
  5. Income Certificate: The income certificate issued by the competent authority, as per Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj0-9 dated 2021-09-30 (as amended) of Revenue Section-9, Uttar Pradesh Government, will be valid. Online verification of such certificates may be conducted.
  6. Poverty Line Income Limit: In accordance with Government Order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 2015-09-14 (as amended) of Social Welfare Section-2, Uttar Pradesh Government, the annual income limits for those living below the poverty line will be INR 46,080/- for rural areas and INR 56,460/- for urban areas.
  7. Widow Certificate: For widows, a death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/Urban Local Body and a certified copy of the family register will be considered valid.
  8. Divorcee/Abandoned Women: Legal orders issued by the Honorable Court will be considered valid.
  9. Restriction: Not more than two women from the same family will be appointed as Anganwadi worker and Assistant in a single Anganwadi center.
