Provisional Common Gradation/Seniority Lists of Senior Private Secretary, Private Secretary, and Personal Assistant to The Hon'ble Judge (Group A Officers) Working on The Establishment of High Court, Appellate Side and Original Side, Bombay and its Benches as per Recaderisation

This notice pertains to the Provisional Common Gradation/Seniority Lists for the following posts:

  • Senior Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, Group 'A' Officers
  • Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Judge, Group 'A' Officers
  • Personal Assistant to the Hon'ble Judge, Group 'A' Officers

These lists have been prepared for officers working on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side and Original Side, Bombay, and its benches at Nagpur, Aurangabad, and High Court of Bombay at Goa (Panaji). The lists cover the period from 03/10/2007 to 01/01/2025, as per recaderisation.

Objection Submission

Any objections to these Provisional Seniority Lists must be submitted to the Registrar (Personnel) within 15 days from the date of publication (November 19, 2025). Representations received after this period will not be considered.

  3. Shri. Radheshyam. R. Tapadia (Original Side) was re-appointed as Personal Assistant w.e.f. 06.01.2015 to 30.11.2016. His seniority is not maintained in this Gradation/Seniority List.
