RRB Gorakhpur Nursing Superintendent Document Verification Schedule for CEN No. 04/2024

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Gorakhpur has released the schedule for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (Round-VI) for candidates shortlisted for the post of Nursing Superintendent under CEN No. 04/2024 (Paramedical).

Schedule Details

  • Post: Nursing Superintendent
  • Date and Time of DV: 30-01-2026 at 09:30 Hrs.
  • Venue: Office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Railway Station Road, Gorakhpur-273012 (UP)

Two candidates have been shortlisted for the Document Verification.

Instructions for Candidates

  1. Download the e-call letter for document verification from the official RRB Gorakhpur website (www.rrbgkp.gov.in).
  2. Candidates must bring all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies. A valid and current photo ID proof and Address ID proof, as presented during the CBT, are also required.
  3. For certificates not in English/Hindi, a self-attested translated version must be provided.
  4. Bring six passport-size colour photographs, not more than one month old.
  5. Candidates must also bring the candidate's foil of the e-call letter for CBT-1.
  6. Mobile phones are not permitted during the DV and Medical Examination.
  7. Following the DV, candidates must attend a Medical Test. A fee of Rs. 24/- will be charged at the DV venue. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of more than 4 days for the entire process.
  8. Admit cards for the Medical Test will be issued at the time of the DV.

Block Date for Absentees

A final opportunity for candidates who fail to attend on the scheduled date for valid reasons is provided on the block date.

  • Block Date: 10-02-2026 at 10:00 hrs.
  • Venue: Office of RRB Gorakhpur. Candidates must provide documentary evidence for their absence (e.g., University/Government examination or sickness). No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.
