The Staff Selection Commission has declared the final result for the Junior Secretariat Assistant/Lower Division Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2023-2024, specifically for the AFHQ cadre for the year 2023.
The final result for other cadres (except AFHQ) for the years 2023 and 2024 were declared on 10.03.2025 and 26.06.2025 respectively. The AFHQ Cadre result was delayed due to court cases. Following the dismissal of OAs 2351/2017 and 2600/2017 on 29.05.2025, the results for the AFHQ Cadre for 2021 and 2022 were subsequently declared.

In instances where more than one candidate secured equal aggregate marks, the tie was resolved by applying the following methods in order:
i. Marks obtained in Paper-I ii. Marks obtained in part(a) of Paper-II iii. Marks obtained in Paper-II iv. Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher.
The list of the candidates is purely provisional and subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed in the Notice of the Examination. It is also subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to their photograph, signatures, handwriting, etc., on the Application Forms, Admission Certificates, etc.
