Result of Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) and Document Verification (DV) Notification

This notice pertains to the results of the Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) conducted for CEN 01/2024 - ALP and provides important information regarding Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination.

CBAT Results and Qualification

  • The T-Score, Composite T-score, Score out of 30 (30% weightage for ALP Merit), and qualifying status for candidates who appeared in the CBAT on July 15, 2025, and August 31, 2025, can be viewed by logging in through the link provided on the official RRB websites by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • The CBAT score card will be live from 19:00 hrs on October 1, 2025, for 15 days.
  • To qualify in CBAT, candidates must secure a minimum T-Score of 42 in each Test Battery.
  • Candidates can refer to question number 5 of the FAQ on the RDSO website (www.rdso.indianrailways.gov.in>Directorates>Psycho-Technical) for methodology of T-Score calculation.
  • RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes in the CBAT result. No correspondence will be entertained regarding the results.

Provisional Shortlisting for Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination

  • Candidates whose Roll Numbers are listed in the original notice (in ascending order, not merit-wise) have been provisionally shortlisted and will be called for Document Verification (DV) & Medical Examination.
  • A total of 142 candidates have been shortlisted.

Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination Process

  • DV Location and E-Call Letters: DV will be held at the place indicated in the e-call letter. After scheduling, candidates will be sent an Email/SMS/Website to download their E-Call letter with details of the date, reporting time, and instructions for DV and Medical Examination.
  • Medical Examination: After the completion of DV, candidates will be sent for Medical Examination at nominated Railway Hospitals located within the jurisdiction of RRBs on the next day. This will involve travel from the RRB office to the Railway Hospital city. Candidates should be prepared for 3 to 4 days for both DV and Medical Examination.
  • Documents Required for DV:
    • Original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size as detailed in CEN & e-call letters.
    • Scanned copies (in true colour) of all necessary documents, photo, and signature must be uploaded for DV through the portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv. This link will be active as per the separate DV Notice issued.
    • Certificates produced and uploaded must be in the prescribed format and either in English or Hindi.
  • Absence during DV and/or Medical Examination will result in forfeiture of candidature.

Important Information

  • Candidature of all shortlisted candidates for Document Verification is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency in the data furnished by them in their online application or any malpractice on the part of candidates coming to the notice of RRB at any stage of the recruitment process. Merely calling a candidate for Document Verification does not entitle him/her to an appointment in the Railways.
  • RRB reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent errors or typographical/printing mistakes in the list of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification. RRB regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.
  • Beware of touts who may mislead candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRB exams is fully computerized, and selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.
