COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (II), 2025 DECLARATION OF WRITTEN RESULT THEREOF

Declaration of Written Result\n\nOn 9th October 2025, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025, held on 14th September 2025. A total of 9085 candidates have qualified for interviews by the Service Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence for admission to various courses:\n\n* Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun – 161st (DE) Course (commencing July 2026)\n* Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala, Kerala – Course (commencing July 2026)\n* Air Force Academy (AFA), Hyderabad – (Pre-Flying) Training Course [220 F(P)] (commencing July 2026)\n* Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai (Madras) – 124th SSC (Men) (NT) (UPSC) Course (commencing October 2026)\n* Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai (Madras) – 124th SSC Women (NT) (UPSC) Course (commencing October 2026)\n\n### Provisional Candidature & Certificate Submission\n\nAll candidatures are provisional. Qualified candidates must submit original certificates supporting their age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, NCC (C) (Army Wing/Senior Division Air Wing/Naval Wing) etc., to the respective Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (IHQ of MoD) by the following deadlines. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature.\n\n* IMA & INA: Not later than 1st July 2026\n* AFA: Not later than 13th May 2026\n* SSC Courses (Men & Women): Not later than 1st October 2026\n\nImportant: Candidates must not send any original Certificates to the Union Public Service Commission.\n\n### SSB Interview Registration for Army (IMA/OTA) First Choice Candidates\n\nCandidates who chose Army (IMA/OTA) as their first preference and have qualified the written examination are required to register on the recruiting directorate website: www.joinindianarmy.nic.in to receive call-up information for their SSB interview. Candidates who have already registered are not required to do so again.\n\n### Change of Address\n\nCandidates with any change of address are advised to promptly inform the Army Headquarters/Naval Headquarters/Air Headquarters, as applicable.\n\n### Facilitation & Contact Information\n\nThe Union Public Service Commission has a Facilitation Counter near the Examination Hall Building on its campus.
