Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Chandigarh has shortlisted additional candidates for the fourth round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME) for the recruitment of Junior Engineer (JE) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) vacancies notified under CEN 03/2024.
Following the Computer Based Tests (CBT-1 & CBT-2) and subsequent DV/ME rounds 1, 2, and 3, panels were published on 14-10-2025, 10-12-2025, and 15-01-2026. In continuation, based on merit, additional candidates (Total 03) have been provisionally shortlisted for DV (Round-4).

Note: The candidature is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage if any discrepancy or malpractice is found.
Candidates who fail to report for DV on the scheduled date for valid reasons (e.g., University/Government examination or sickness, supported by documentary evidence) will be given a final opportunity. They can attend the DV on the block date, 23-03-2026 (Monday) at 09:30 AM at the RRB, Chandigarh office. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for this purpose; candidates must use the same e-call letter downloaded for the regular DV.
E-Call Letter: The link to download the e-call letter will be available on the official RRB Chandigarh website (www.rrbcdg.gov.in) 4 days prior to the scheduled DV date. Free travel authority will be provided to eligible SC/ST candidates.
Uploading Documents: A portal link will be activated 15 days before the DV date for uploading scanned copies of the latest photo, signature, identification marks, Aadhaar number, and all relevant original documents (e.g., educational qualifications, caste certificates, NOC).
Documents to be Brought for DV (Hardcopies):
NOC for Serving Employees: Candidates serving in any Central/State Government Department or PSU must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer on the date of DV.
Medical Examination: After successful DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital on the next working day. Candidates should be prepared to stay for about four days at their own expense.
