Information on Revised Tentative Dates, City Intimation Slip, and Helpdesk Link for CBT

This notice is regarding the Computer Based Test (CBT) for various posts in Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix under CEN No. 08/2024, providing information on revised tentative dates, city intimation slip, and the helpdesk link.

Revised Exam Schedule

The revised examination program for the aforementioned CEN is as follows:

Important Instructions

  1. The link to view the exam city and date, and to download the travel authority for SC/ST candidates, will be made live on all official websites of RRBs on or before November 19, 2025.
  2. Candidates whose city intimation slips have been activated are being sent SMS and email notifications to their registered IDs used during the application process.
  3. The downloading of e-call letters will commence 4 days prior to the examination date mentioned in the exam city and date intimation link.
  4. Candidates can retrieve their application registration number by using their credentials on www.rrbapply.gov.in. A "Forgot Password" link is also available on the login page to recover passwords.
  5. For any questions or clarifications, candidates may contact the helpdesk at +91 9513631887. The helpdesk operates from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
  6. A helpdesk link has also been made available after logging in through the city intimation link.
  7. Candidates are strongly advised to refer only to the official websites of the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) for the latest updates on the recruitment process and to avoid being misled by unverified sources.
  8. Candidates should be wary of intermediaries who make false promises of illegal selection. The selection process at RRB is based on Computer Based Test (CBT) and recruitment is solely determined by the merit and eligibility of the candidates.
