The general public is hereby informed that applications are invited for the recruitment of Anganwadi Sahayika posts in Anganwadi Centers operating in urban/rural projects in Fatehpur district. This recruitment is conducted on an honorarium/contractual basis through a direct recruitment process, as per Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025(1917687) dated 17 September 2025. Eligible female candidates are invited to apply online through the departmental website http://upaganwadibharti.in.

Eligibility and Application Instructions

  1. Only female candidates are eligible for the advertised posts.
  2. Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for the Anganwadi Sahayika post is Intermediate or equivalent. Merit will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification up to Post Graduation.
  3. Age Limit: The applicant's minimum age should be 18 years and maximum age 35 years as on 01.07.2025. The date of birth recorded in the High School marksheet/certificate will be considered valid.
  4. Preference: In the selection of Anganwadi Sahayika, first preference will be given to widows/legally divorced women from families living below the poverty line (BPL).
  5. Selection Order: If eligible BPL candidates are not available, then candidates living above the poverty line will be selected in order.
  6. Residency: The applicant must be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat/Ward (in urban areas) for which she is applying. If eligible candidates are not available in that Gram Panchayat in any category, selection will be made category-wise from the Nyay Panchayat.
  7. Income Certificate: Income certificates issued by a competent authority as per Government Order No. 3958/1-9-11-S-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended) from Uttar Pradesh Government, Revenue Section-9, will be valid. Online verification of the certificate should be possible.
  8. Residence and Caste Certificates: Residence and Caste certificates issued with online digital signatures by the Tehsil will be valid, provided online verification is possible.
  9. Application Process: Application forms must be filled online carefully and correctly on the departmental website http://upaganwadibharti.in using the provided format. Self-attested copies of documents, which are clear and legible, must be uploaded. Only online applications will be accepted; no offline applications will be entertained, and incomplete/incorrect applications will be rejected.
  10. Last Date for Online Application: The last date for online application is December 2025. (Please note: The specific day of December is not provided in the notice).
  11. Vacancy Details Information: Details of vacant posts can be obtained from the concerned Child Development Project Office, center-wise.
