Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the prescribed educational, technical, or professional qualifications on or before the closing date of application (02.03.2026). Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.
LASIK Surgery: Candidates who have undergone LASIK surgery are conditionally eligible for posts requiring Medical Standards A2 and A3. Refer to Para 3.0 of the detailed notification.
Ex-Servicemen: Serving members of the Armed Forces can apply as an Ex-Serviceman if they are scheduled to be released within one year from the application closing date (i.e., on or before 02.03.2027).

Account Creation: A personal mobile number and a valid email ID are mandatory. Candidates who have already created an account for any RRB notification in 2024 or 2025 should log in with the same credentials and do not need to create a new account.
Application Submission: It is advised to use a Desktop/Laptop for filling the application. Multiple applications to the same or different RRBs will lead to the rejection of all applications and debarment.
Application Modification: Candidates can modify their application details (except 'Create an Account' details and chosen RRB) from 05.03.2026 to 14.03.2026 by paying a modification fee of Rs. 250 (non-refundable) for each occasion.

Aadhaar Verification: Aadhaar validation is required to ensure genuineness. If unavailable, candidates can provide details of a Driving License, Passport, PAN, Voter ID, Government Employee ID, or School/College/University ID card.

- SC/ST candidates must upload their Caste Certificate (PDF, < 500KB) to avail the Free Travel Pass.

Fee Concession: Available for SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities, and Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates.
EBC (Economically Backward Class): Candidates whose annual family income is less than Rs. 50,000/-. EBC status provides only a fee concession, not reserved posts.
Fee Refund: The refundable portion of the examination fee will be credited only to candidates who attend the Computer Based Test (CBT).

Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of 1/3rd of the marks for each incorrect answer.
Language Choice: Candidates can choose their examination language from a list of 15 available languages.
