This corrigendum (Letter No. BI.K.CH.A.PR.03 / Exam (Advertisement)-48/2025) is issued by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna, dated 27.09.2025, in reference to the Commission's notification memo no.-2987/A, dated-04.08.2025, for the 4th Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (Advertisement No.-05/25).
In adherence to the General Administration Department, Bihar, Patna's Resolution Memo no.-1003, dated-22.01.2021, and Letter no.-12897, dated-28.07.2022, provisions for giving preference to contractually appointed personnel in regular appointments were omitted in the original advertisement. The following sub-clause (xi) is now added after sub-clause (x) of clause-5 (Reservation) in the published advertisement:
Candidates claiming contractual service must submit a certificate from a competent authority (e.g., Department Head, Secretary, Director, District Officer). They are required to upload their experience certificate and contractual appointment agreement in the prescribed format.
