The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Guwahati has released the schedule for the 3rd Round of Document Verification (DV) for Paramedical posts under CEN 04/2024. A total of 06 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for this round.
Schedule and Venue
- DV Date: 13-02-2026
- Reporting Time: 09:00 AM
- Venue: Office of Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati, Panbazar, Station Road, Guwahati-781001
- Block Date for Absentees: A block date for candidates who miss their scheduled DV is set for 25-02-2026 at 09:30 AM. Failure to attend on the scheduled date without valid reason (University/Government exam or sickness with documentary proof) will lead to cancellation of candidature.
Pre-Verification Formalities
Candidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the official portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. This portal will remain active until the date of the DV.
Medical Examination
Following the completion of Document Verification, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital on the next day. Candidates are advised to come prepared for a stay of three to four days. A prescribed medical fee of ₹24 is payable.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must bring all original documents along with two sets of clear, self-attested photocopies and the e-call letter.
- The candidature is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage if discrepancies are found.
- Being called for DV/Medical Examination does not guarantee an appointment in the Railways.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must bring the following documents:
- Two sets of clear & legible self-attested photocopies of all original certificates/documents along with the e-call letter.
- Matriculation/High School Examination Certificate as proof of date of birth.
- 10+2/Inter/Higher Secondary/PUC/Equivalent Certificate (as applicable).
- University degree or its equivalent.
- Other certificates/diplomas as per the educational qualification prescribed in CEN 02/2024.
- Caste Certificates (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) in the prescribed format.
- Income and Asset Certificate for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
- Original Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
- Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD).
- NOC from current employer for serving employees.
- Six passport-size photographs (not older than three months).
- Upper portion of the e-call letters for the CBT.
- Photocopy of both sides of an Aadhaar card.
- Other relevant documents such as those for name changes, J&K domicile, divorce decrees, etc., as applicable.
