RRB Muzaffarpur Technician Grade III 2nd Round Document Verification Schedule 2026

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Muzaffarpur has announced the schedule for the 2nd Round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for provisionally shortlisted candidates for the posts of Technician Grade III in Level-2.

Schedule and Venue

• Date of Document Verification: 19.01.2026 at 09:30 AM
• Block Date for Absentees: 30.01.2026
• Venue: Office of Railway Recruitment Board/Muzaffarpur, Lichi Bagan, Maripur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar - 842001.

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. E-Call Letter: SMS/email alerts are being sent to registered mobile numbers/email IDs for downloading the e-call letter from the RRB website.

2. Document Upload: Candidates must upload the required documents to the RRB Document Verification portal at https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active for uploading from 10 days prior to the date of DV and will close on the date of DV.

3. Documents to Bring for DV:

   • All original documents as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.
   • Two sets of photocopies of all documents in A4 size.
   • Six passport-size colour photographs (not more than one month old).
   • Candidate's foil of the e-call letter for the CBT.

4. Name Discrepancy: In case of any variation in spelling in the candidate's or father's name, an affidavit executed before a Magistrate or Notary on required stamp paper must be submitted.

5. Medical Examination:

   • The medical examination will be conducted on the next working day after the DV at a designated Railway hospital.
   • A prescribed medical fee of ₹24/- must be paid.
   • Additional costs for special investigations like CT scans or ultrasounds, if required and not available at the Railway Hospital, must be borne by the candidate.

6. Absentees: Failure to report on the scheduled date will lead to the rejection of candidature. Absentees can report on the block date (30.01.2026) only with valid documentary evidence for reasons such as a University/Government examination or sickness. No fresh e-call letter will be issued for the block date.

• The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage if any inconsistency or malpractice is detected.
• Merely being called for DV and Medical Examination does not guarantee an appointment in the Railways.
• Candidates are advised to beware of touts and false promises of selection. The RRB recruitment process is fully computerized, and selection is based on merit only.
