5th Round Document Verification Schedule for Technician-III for CEN 02/2024

Introduction

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Guwahati has announced the 5th round of Document Verification (DV) for the post of Technician-III under CEN 02/2024. A total of 01 candidate has been provisionally shortlisted for this round.

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. E-Call Letter: SMS/E-mail alerts are being sent to candidates' registered mobile/email IDs for downloading the e-call letter from the official RRB Guwahati website.
2. Portal for Uploads: Candidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the portal: https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active up to the date of the DV.
3. Required Documents: Candidates must produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size, as detailed in the CEN and e-call letter.
4. Medical Examination: Following the DV, candidates will be sent for a medical examination at a nominated Railway Hospital on the next day. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of three to four days. A medical fee of ₹24 is applicable.
5. Provisional Candidature: The shortlisting is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage if any inconsistency or malpractice is found.

List of Documents to be Produced

Candidates must bring the e-call letter and two sets of clear, self-attested photocopies of the following original documents:

• Matriculation/High School Certificate (for proof of date of birth and name verification).
• 10+2/Inter/Higher Secondary/PUC Certificate (as applicable).
• University Degree or equivalent.
• Other certificates/diplomas as per the minimum educational qualification for Technicians.
• Educational certificates should have a date of issue. If issued after the application closing date, a consolidated mark sheet with the date of result declaration is required.
• SC/ST certificate (as per Annexure-I of CEN 02/2024).
• Valid OBC-NCL certificate, not older than one year from the DV date (as per Annexure-II of CEN 02/2024).
• Non-creamy layer declaration by OBC candidates (as per Annexure-IIA).
• Income and Asset Certificate for EWS candidates (as per Annexure III).
• Income certificate for waiving examination fees for Economically Backward Classes (as per Annexure III A).
• Original Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
• NOC from the current employer for serving employees.
• Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) (as per Annexures V(A), V(B), V(C)).
• Minority Community Declaration on Non-Judicial Stamp paper.
• Gazette Notification/legal document for a formal change of name.
• J&K Domicile Certificate (as applicable).
• Decree of Divorce/Judicial separation for divorced/separated women.
• Death certificate of spouse for widow candidates.
• Six passport-size photographs (not older than three months).
• Upper portion of the CBT e-call letters.
• Photocopy of both sides of the Aadhaar card.

Note for Absentees

Failure to report on the scheduled date may lead to rejection of candidature. Absences will only be considered if supported by documentary evidence of appearing in a University/Government examination or due to sickness. No other reasons will be entertained.
