Eligibility Criteria (as on 31.12.2025)
Educational Qualification (Mandatory for all posts)
Bachelor of Design/ B.Tech/ B.E. in Computer Science/ IT/ Software Engineering/ Electronics & Communications or equivalent, OR MCA, OR M.Tech/ M.Sc in the same disciplines with a minimum of 50% score from a recognized university/institution.
Mandatory Certifications (Valid as on 31.12.2025 - Anyone of the following)
- Human Factors International (HFI): Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or Certified Experience Analyst (CXA)
- Nielsen Norman Group (NNG): UX Certification
- Interaction Design Foundation (IDF): UX Design Certification
- Google UX Design Professional Certificate
Work Experience
- Vice President (UX): Minimum 15 years' experience, with at least 5 years in User Experience (UX).
- Deputy Vice President (UX): Minimum 12 years' experience, with at least 5 years in UX.
- Assistant Vice President (UX): Minimum 8 years' experience, with at least 3 years in UX.
- Senior Special Executive (UI & UX): Minimum 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years in UX.
- Deputy Manager (UI & UX): Minimum 4 years' experience, with at least 2 years in UX.
Remuneration
- Vice President (UX): Up to ₹80.00 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
- Deputy Vice President (UX): Up to ₹60.00 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
- Assistant Vice President (UX): Up to ₹45.00 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
- Senior Special Executive (UI & UX): Up to ₹40.00 Lakhs (Annual CTC)
- Deputy Manager (UI & UX): Basic pay scale of ₹64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960. Eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS etc. as per bank rules.

- General/EWS/OBC Candidates: ₹750/-
- SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: No Fee
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on shortlisting and an interview. The interview will carry 100 marks. The final merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in the interview.
