Corrigendum No. 1 to Centralized Employment Notification (CEN) No. 09/2025
Reference: Recruitment for various posts in Level-1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued a corrigendum to the CEN No. 09/2025, which was originally published on 31.01.2026. The amendments are applicable to Annexure-A and Annexure-B of the notification.
Details of Corrections/Amendments
1. Annexure-A (Post Parameters):
- The column heading "Serial Number" has been changed to "Category Number".
2. Annexure-B (Vacancy Table):
- The total number of vacancies has been increased.
- The vacancies have been re-arranged according to the Category Number.
- The details of vacancies for Metro Railway/Kolkata have been amended.
All other terms and conditions of CEN No. 09/2025 will remain unchanged.
Instructions for Applicants
- Candidates who have already applied can modify their chosen RRB, post preferences, and Zonal Railways/Production Units without any modification fee.
- Candidates who have already applied are advised to update their preferences according to the revised Annexure-B by using their login credentials.
Post Details (as per Annexure-A)
- Age Limit: 18 to 33 years.
- Minimum Educational Qualification: 10th Class pass OR ITI from institutions recognised by NCVT/SCVT or equivalent, OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
