Notice on Application Status

  1. Vide CEN No. 02/2025 (which was published on 28.06.2025), applications were invited for recruitment of Technician Grade-I Signal and various categories of Technician Grade- III. Scrutiny of applications has been completed. Application is either Provisionally Accepted or Conditionally Accepted or Rejected.
  2. It is now informed that candidates can view the status of their applications by logging in with their user credentials at www.rrbapply.gov.in. The Link for the same will be live from 08.12.2025.
  3. SMS and email (detailing reasons for Rejection/ Conditional Acceptance) will also be sent to the individual candidates regarding the status of his/her application through registered mobile number and email ID mentioned in the applications.
  4. While every care has been taken in the process of scrutinizing applications, RRBs reserve the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistakes. RRBs regret inability to entertain any correspondence from candidates whose application is rejected.
  5. Candidature of applicants whose applications are accepted (either provisionally or conditionally) is purely provisional and his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment process or thereafter, in case of any inconsistency/deficiency/falsified record or data furnished by them in his/her application or any malpractice on the part of candidates.
  6. Candidates are advised to refer only to the official websites of RRBs for latest updates on recruitment process, to avoid any misleading by unauthenticated sources.

Important Note

Beware of touts who may misguide candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRB Exam is fully computerized and the selection is based purely on the merit of the candidates.
