On the basis of the written part result of the Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandants) Examination, 2025, held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 3rd August, 2025, candidates with the Roll Numbers listed below have provisionally qualified for Physical Standards Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Tests (PET).### Important Instructions for Provisionally Qualified Candidates

  • Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all qualified candidates is provisional, subject to their being found eligible in all respects.
  • Document Verification: Candidates must produce original certificates supporting their eligibility/reservation claims (age, educational qualifications, community, economically weaker section, etc.) at the time of the Personality Test. Those seeking reservation/relaxation benefits must produce original certificates issued by the application closing date of the CAPF (ACs) Examination, 2025, i.e., 25.03.2025.
  • Update Window: The Commission will provide a 15-day window from the result declaration date for candidates to update their details/educational qualification status and upload proof of passing the requisite qualifying examination. Failure to do so will result in non-admission to the Interview/Personality Test and cancellation of candidature.
  • Personal Information Update: During this 15-day window, candidates can also update their Correspondence/Permanent Postal Address, Higher Educational Qualification, Achievements in different fields, Employment Details/Service Experience, details of Service/Force allocated from previous CAPF (ACs) Examinations, and Preference of forces for the current examination. Information updated during this period will be considered final.

Physical Standards Test/Physical Efficiency Tests (PST/PET) Details

  • Nodal Authority: The Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), nominated by the Ministry of Home Affairs, will intimate candidates about the date, time, and venue of the PST/PET.
  • E-Admit Cards: Intimation for PST/PET and E-Admit Cards will be uploaded on the ITBP recruitment website: recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in. E-Admit Cards will also be sent via registered email. Candidates are advised to regularly check the ITBP website and their email, including the SPAM folder.
  • Contact for Admit Card Issues: If an E-Admit Card is not received/downloaded in due course, candidates may contact the HQ, DG, Indo Tibetan Border Police on Telephone No. 011-24369482/ 011-24369483 & e-mail ID comdtrect@itbp.gov.in, or UPSC via letter or FAX immediately.
  • Required Documents for PST/PET: Candidates must produce their E-Admit Card along with a hard copy of the finally submitted Detailed Application Form (DAF) and photo identity proof (e.g., Aadhar card, Driving License, Passport, Voter I Card) at the allotted centers.

Mark-sheets and Information Counter

  • Mark-sheets for Non-qualified Candidates: Mark-sheets of candidates who have not qualified will be uploaded on the Commission's website after the publication of the final result (post-Personality Test) and will remain available for 30 days.
  • Accessing Mark-sheets: Candidates can access their mark-sheets by entering their Roll Numbers and date of birth. Printed/hard copies can be obtained from UPSC upon specific request, accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope, within thirty days of the mark display on the website.
  • UPSC Facilitation Counter: The Union Public Service Commission has a Facilitation Counter at its Campus. Candidates can obtain information/clarification regarding examinations/results on working days between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in person or over telephone Nos. (011) 23385271/23381125/23098543.
