On the basis of the results of the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2025, declared by the Union Public Service Commission on September 04, 2025, the Commission has decided to commence the Personality Tests (Interviews) for the Combined Medical Services Examination, 2025. The interviews will begin from Monday, October 13, 2025.
e-Summon Letters for the Personality Tests (Interviews) will be made available shortly for download from the Commission's official websites:
No requests for changes in the date and time of the Personality Test (Interview) will ordinarily be entertained.
Candidates who failed to submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF) within the stipulated date and time, as instructed in the Press Note/Notice dated September 04, 2025, will have their candidature cancelled and will not be issued an e-Summon Letter.
Reimbursement for travelling expenses to candidates appearing for the Interview will be restricted to Second/Sleeper class train fare (Mail Express). For travel by any other mode/class, reimbursement will be as per S.R.-132 and the Commission's guidelines. The "Travelling Allowance Form for Candidates (For Candidates only)" is available on the UPSC website under forms-downloads: https://upsc.gov.in/forms-downloads.
