Notice on Shortlisting for Teaching Skill Test, Performance Test, and Translation Test

This notice is regarding the provisional shortlisting of candidates for the Teaching Skill Test, Performance Test, and Translation Test. These candidates have been selected based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted from 2025-09-10 to 2025-09-12. The selection is for various posts under the Ministerial and Isolated categories notified against Centralized Employment Notification (CEN NO 07/2024).

Key Details

  • Results for Other Posts: Results for other notified posts, which do not require a Translation Test, Performance Test, or Teaching Skill Test, will be declared at the time of publishing the shortlisting result for Document Verification.
  • Shortlisting Ratio:
    • For the Translation Test, the total number of shortlisted candidates is 10 times the notified vacancies.
    • For the Teaching Skill Test/Performance Test, it is 2.5 times the notified vacancies, subject to the availability of qualified candidates.
  • Multiple Category Appearances: If a candidate appeared in more than one category (or multiple shifts with distinct question papers) based on their eligibility and post preference, they have been shortlisted accordingly as per their merit in that specific category.

Accessing Score Cards and Question Papers

  • Candidates can view their individual result/score card and question paper with the final answer key by logging into the official websites of Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs).
  • To access, candidates need to enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
  • This facility will be available only for fifteen days from the date of this notice (2025-12-08).
  • Score cards will only be provided for categories for which shortlisting results have been published.
  • For remaining categories, the score card and question paper with the final answer key will be made available after the shortlisting results for Document Verification are published.

Information Regarding Skill Tests

  • Venue: The Translation Test/Teaching Skill Test/Performance Test will be held at the place indicated in the e-call letter.
  • Date Notification: All shortlisted candidates will be informed about the actual date of their respective tests through official RRB websites, SMS, and Email (as provided in their application).
  • Candidate Advisory: Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official RRB website for updates and information.

Important Disclaimers

  • Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all shortlisted candidates is purely provisional. It is liable to be cancelled at any stage of recruitment if any inconsistency, deficiency, discrepancy in the furnished information, or malpractice is detected.
