This notice announces the Provisional First Part Panel for candidates selected for the post of Level - 2 (Assistant Loco Pilot) against Centralized Employment Notice (CEN) - 01/2024.

Examination and Verification Timeline

The selection process involved several stages:

  • 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT): Held from 2024-11-25 to 2024-11-29.
  • 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT): Held from 2025-03-19 to 2025-03-20.
  • Computer Based Aptitude Test: Held on 2025-07-15.
  • Computer Based Aptitude Test (Re-exam): Held on 2025-08-31.
  • Document Verification: Held from 2025-10-15 to 2025-10-22.
  • Absentee Document Verification: Held on 2025-11-03.

Provisional Empanelment and Further Action

Candidates who were found medically fit after all stages have been provisionally empaneled for Level 2 Assistant Loco Pilot posts. Their roll numbers are being forwarded to the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, N. F. Railway, Maligaon, Guwahati.

The Principal Chief Personnel Officer, N. F. Railway, Maligaon, Guwahati, will handle further appointment actions. This includes verification and ensuring the fulfillment of eligibility criteria as per Centralised Employment Notice No. 01/2024 (ALPs). Candidates will be required to produce original and current certificates for:

  • Educational/Technical Qualification
  • Date of Birth
  • Caste
  • Past Character/Antecedents/Affidavits (where necessary)
  • Medical Tests

Candidates will be individually informed by N. F. Railway, Maligaon, Guwahati. They will also be required to submit an affidavit confirming the genuineness and validity of their Degree/Diploma and Caste certificates.
