Combined Stenographers' (Grade ‘B’/Grade ‘I') Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2019, 2020 & 2021 Result

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the results of the written examination for the Combined Stenographers' (Grade 'B'/Grade 'I') Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

The written examination was conducted on the 13th and 14th of December, 2025, followed by a qualifying shorthand test on the 20th, 27th, and 28th of December, 2025. Candidates who have qualified will proceed to Part-II of the examination, which involves the evaluation of their service records.

Important Information for Candidates

  • Provisional Candidature: The candidature of all candidates is purely PROVISIONAL and subject to review. If a candidate is found to be ineligible at any stage of the examination process, their candidature will be cancelled.
  • Mark-sheets: The mark-sheets of the candidates will be uploaded on the Commission's website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result and will remain available for a period of 30 days.
  • Final Selection: The final selection will be determined based on instructions from the Department of Personnel & Training (O.M. No. 36012/16/2019-Estt.(Res.) dated 12.04.2022) and is subject to the final outcome of Civil Appeal No. 629 of 2022. The selection for PwBDs candidates will be based on DoPT instructions (O.M. No. 36012/01/2020-Estt.(Res.II) dated 17.05.2022).

Facilitation Counter

Candidates can obtain information or clarification regarding their results from the UPSC's Facilitation Counter on any working day between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., either in person or over the telephone.
