This notice provides tentative timelines for the recruitment process of Assistant Loco Pilots (ALPs) under Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 01/2024.

Application Deadline Reminder

Applicants to the post of ALP are reminded that the last date for submission of applications is 19/02/2024. Candidates are advised to complete the application process early to avoid any last-minute rush and network congestion.

Tentative Examination Schedule

  • CBT 1 Exams: Tentatively scheduled between June and August 2024.
  • Second Stage (CBT 2) Exams: Tentatively scheduled to take place in September 2024.
  • Aptitude Test (CBAT): Scheduled in November 2024.
  • Document Verification Shortlist: To be released in November 2024 / December 2024.

Note on Next Recruitment Cycle

The Centralised Employment Notification for the next cycle of recruitment for the post of ALP is provisionally planned to be issued in January 2025.
