Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (12th pass) or equivalent. The merit list will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification (up to post-graduation).\n2. Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age as of July 1, 2025. The date of birth recorded in the High School mark sheet/certificate will be considered valid.\n3. First Preference: Widows, legally divorced, or abandoned women from families living below the poverty line (BPL) residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas) will be given preference. If such candidates are not available, preference will be given to women living below the poverty line.\n4. Required Documents for Preferred Candidates: For widows, a death certificate of the husband issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register are required. For divorced/abandoned women, legal orders issued by the High Court will be valid.\n5. Second Preference: If candidates from point 3 are not available, preference will be given to widows, legally divorced, or abandoned women from families living above the poverty line (APL) residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).\n6. Third Preference: If candidates from points 3 and 5 are not available, preference will be given to women from families living above the poverty line residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward (in urban areas).\n7. Domicile and Caste Certificate: Only digitally signed domicile and caste certificates issued by the Tehsildar will be valid, subject to online verification.\n8. Income Certificate: Income certificates issued by the competent authority as per Uttar Pradesh Government Revenue Section-9, Government Order No. 3959/1-9-11-10-9 dated September 30, 2021 (as amended) will be valid, subject to online verification.\n9. Application Procedure: Online application forms must be filled carefully and accurately on the departmental website https://upanganwadibharti.in. Self-attested, clear, and readable copies of all relevant documents mentioned in the online form must be uploaded.\n10. Last Date for Online Application: November 24, 2025.\n11. Restrictions: Applications for more than one center or post will not be accepted. Only one woman from a family can be appointed as an Anganwadi worker/helper at an Anganwadi center.\n12.
