3rd Document Verification Schedule for JE, DMS, CMA etc. for CEN 03/2024

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Guwahati has provisionally shortlisted 04 candidates for the 3rd Round of Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination for posts in Pay Level 6 (JE, DMS, CMA etc.) against CEN 03/2024. This is to fill the shortfall in empanelment due to absent, rejected, or medically unfit candidates from previous rounds.

Candidates are advised to report to the office of the Railway Recruitment Board, Guwahati, Panbazar, Station Road, Guwahati-781001, as per the schedule.

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. e-Call Letter: SMS/E-mail alerts have been sent to candidates' registered mobile number/email ID for downloading the e-call letter from the official RRB Guwahati website.
2. Document Upload: Candidates must upload their signature, latest photograph, and identification marks on the portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv/. The portal will be active from 10 days prior to the date of DV.
3. Medical Examination: Following the DV, candidates will be directed to a nominated Railway Hospital on the next day for a medical examination. Candidates should be prepared for a stay of three to four days. A medical fee of ₹24 is payable. Additional charges may apply for special tests like CT Scans or Ultrasounds if required.
4. Required Documents: Candidates must produce all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size. The key documents include:
   • Matriculation / High School Certificate for proof of date of birth.
   • 10+2 / Inter / Higher Secondary / PUC Certificate.
   • University Degree or equivalent.
   • Educational qualification certificates (Provisional or Regular) must have a date of issue. If the date is after the closing date of the application, a consolidated mark sheet or individual semester mark sheets showing the date of result declaration must be submitted.
   • SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificates in the prescribed format.
   • NOC from the current employer for serving employees.
   • Original Discharge Certificate for Ex-Servicemen.
   • Medical Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwBD).
   • Other relevant documents as mentioned in the detailed CEN 03/2024.
5. Other Items to Bring:
   • Six passport-size photographs (not older than three months).
   • Upper portion of the e-call letters for the CBT.
   • Photocopy of both sides of the Aadhar card.

General Information

• The candidature is purely provisional and subject to cancellation at any stage if discrepancies are found.
• Merely being called for DV does not confer any right to an appointment in the Railways.
• Candidates are warned against touts who may make false promises of selection. The RRB recruitment process is fully computerized and based on merit.
• Failure to report for DV on the scheduled date will lead to rejection of candidature, unless supported by documentary evidence of appearing in a University/Government examination or due to sickness.
