Anganwadi Sahayika Recruitment in Mainpuri District

Introduction

Applications are invited online from eligible female candidates for the recruitment of Anganwadi Sahayika in 10 Child Development Projects operating under Mainpuri district. This recruitment is as per Government Order No. 1/1092245 / 2025/3313/58-1-2025(1917687) dated 17.09.2025. Interested candidates can apply through the departmental portal: upanganwadibharti.in.

Vacancy Details

A total of 380 posts for Anganwadi Sahayika are available. The project-wise and reservation category-wise distribution is as follows:

Eligibility Criteria and Important Instructions

  1. Educational Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent. Merit will be prepared based on the highest educational qualification up to Post-graduation.
  2. Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.07.2025. Date of birth as recorded in High School marksheet and certificate will be considered valid.
  3. Priority for Residents:
    • First preference will be given to widowed/divorced/abandoned women from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward.
    • If such candidates are not available, then BPL women from the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be given priority.
  4. Proof for Widows/Divorced/Abandoned:
    • For widows, a death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay and a certified copy of the family register will be valid.
    • For divorced/abandoned women, legal orders issued by the Hon'ble Court will be valid.
  5. Further Priority (APL Category):
    • If candidates from the above categories are not available, then widowed/divorced/abandoned women from APL (Above Poverty Line) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
  6. Last Priority: If none of the above candidates are available, then APL women residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
  7. Selection Flowchart (Priority Order):
    • BPL Category: Widowed → Divorced/Abandoned → Other BPL Women
    • APL Category: Widowed → Divorced/Abandoned → Other APL Women
  8. Residence & Caste Certificates: Only online digitally signed residence and caste certificates issued by the Tehsildar, which are verifiable online, will be accepted.
  9. Income Certificate: Only income certificates issued by the competent authority as per Uttar Pradesh Government Revenue Section-9, Go. No. 3959/1-9-11-राज0-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended), which are verifiable online, will be accepted.
  10. Application Process:
    • Application forms must be filled online carefully and correctly on the departmental portal upanganwadibharti.in.
    • Self-attested copies of documents, which are clean and readable, must be uploaded.
    • Only documents mentioned in the online form will be considered.
    • No offline or postal applications will be accepted.
    • If any error, fact, figure, or educational record is found to be incorrect or forged, the candidature will be cancelled.
  11. Application Dates: Online applications will commence from November 14, 2025, and the last date for submission is December 06, 2025, till 12:00 AM midnight.
  12. Multiple Applications:
    • Applications by a candidate for more than one center or post will not be accepted.
    • Two women from the same family will not be appointed as Anganwadi Sahayika at one Anganwadi center.
  13.
